PERANCANGAN DAN IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI PENERIMAAN DAN PENGELUARAN KAS BERBASIS DESKTOP PADA BENGKEL SUKASARI MOTOR

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze, design, implement, and evaluate a cash receipts and disbursements information system at Sukasari Motor Workshop using Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 and MySQL as the database. This research employs a descriptive analytical method with a qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and literature review. The system development method applied in this study is the waterfall model, while system testing is conducted using the black-box testing method. The result of this study is the development of a cash receipts and disbursements information system. The system functions to process data related to cash inflows from motorcycle repair services, other cash receipts, and cash outflows for operational expenses. Furthermore, the system generates repair invoices and periodic cash reports. The implementation and testing results indicate that the system operates effectively and is aligned with the required input, process, and output activities.
