Houseflies (Musca domestica) serve as mechanical vectors for digestive pathogens. This study aimed to evaluate the repellency of combined lime peel (Citrus aurantifolia) and garlic (Allium sativum) extracts against Musca domestica and identify the optimal ratio. A quantitative experimental design with a factorial pattern involving 12 treatment groups and two replications was employed. The 50%:50% ratio formulation (sample a3b3) achieved the highest repellency at 76.67%, surpassing the SNI 6729:2025 threshold of 65%. Two-Way ANOVA revealed that both lime peel extract and garlic extract independently had a significant effect on repellency. However, their interaction was not statistically significant. These findings indicate that the combined repulsive action of the two extracts is additive rather than synergistic.
