The Grated Coconut Sprinkles Machine functions to grate whole coconuts into a sprinkled form using a bladed shaft driven by a motor. A crucial component of this machine is the frame, which serves as a support or foundation for all components to ensure the machine operates at its maximum capacity. The design of this frame utilizes SolidWorks software, with a manufacturing method encompassing four stages: working drawing identification, tool selection, the manufacturing process, and frame performance testing. The material used is 50x50x5 mm angle iron made of medium carbon steel (ST37 specification steel). This material has a maximum tensile/compression stress of 370 N/mm2 and an allowable stress of 240 N/mm2. Structural calculations were performed using relevant formulas to ensure the frame is capable of supporting the entire load of the machine.
