Sistem Informasi Peminjaman Dan Pengembalian Rekam Medis Rawat Inap Berbasis Web (Studi Kasus Rumah Sakit Umum Restu Kasih Jakarta Timur)

Abstrak

This study aims to design a Web-Based Medical Record Borrowing and Returning Information System to address the medical record management issues at Restu Kasih General Hospital in East Jakarta. The background for this research is based on the fact that many hospitals in Indonesia still use manual medical record management systems, causing difficulties in tracking and returning records. Such manual processes often result in delayed patient services and reduced efficiency for hospital staff. The developed system facilitates the hospital in managing medical record files through integrated borrowing and returning features, including automatic notifications to borrowers via the Telegram platform. The system's implementation has proven to improve efficiency and speed in the data entry and search processes for medical records. Based on blackbox testing, all features in the system function as expected, while user acceptance testing (UAT) shows a high level of user acceptance, scoring up to 95.2%. Overall, this system is expected to contribute positively to enhancing the quality of healthcare services at Restu Kasih General Hospital.
