Sistem Informasi Kependudukan Berbasis Web Menggunakan Teknologi Web 3.0 di Kelurahan Cibabat Kota Cimahi

Abstrak

The population information system has a very important benefit, which is to assist in the management of population data in a region and facilitate services to the public, especially in the creation of administrative data. In addition, the population information system must also ensure the security of data from the public. The management of population data in the Cibabat sub-district is still done manually, where this requires individuals who want to handle population data-related administrative matters to first come to the sub-district office, fill out paper forms provided, and then have their data manually inputted into the system by an administrator. The individuals then have to wait until their documents have been successfully processed, which usually takes several days to obtain results. This process is clearly not effective and efficient. Therefore, a system is needed to support the population data management process and ensure its security. The system to be developed will be web-based using web 3.0 technology with a blockchain database. The development methodology used for the application is the Waterfall method. Based on the results of black-box testing, all functions within the population information system can operate as expected. Furthermore, based on the results of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), the population information system has been proven to be well-received by users with a satisfaction rate of 95.2%. With the population information system in place, it will facilitate services to the public in handling administrative data with the available features and ensure data security by being directly stored in the blockchain.
