PENENTUAN LOKASI CABANG CUCI MOBIL TNM MOTOR MENGUNAKAN METODE SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING

Usaha cuci mobil (car wash) dalam periode beberapa tahun terakir tumbuh pesat dengan persaingan yang cukup ketat. TNM Car Wash, sudah beroperasi sejak tahun 2010 yang berada di desa Tanimulya Bandung Barat. Setelah berjalan cukup baik pemilik usaha berencana akan membuka cabang baru dengan beberapa alternatif lokasi yaitu di tepi jalan desa Cipageran, desa Cimahi Tengah, desa Padalarang dan desa Ciburuy. Beberapa kriteria yang penting dalam penentuan lokasi ini adalah harga sewa tanah, jarak dengan car wash lainnya, tingkat persaingan dengan car wash lain, nilai investasi dalam 5 tahun ke depan, dan tingkat kepemilikan mobil.  Dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting diperoleh hasil bahwa lokasi terbaik adalah di lokasi desa Cimahi Tengah dengan nilai (value) sebesar 0,8775.

Abstract

The carwash business in recent years have been developing so fast with high competitive climate. TNM Car Wash have been operated since 2010 located in Tanimulya village West Bandung area. Having growing so good, the business owner plan to open a new brach unit with some alternatives in  around West Bandung area. The candidate of locations are side of roads around Cipageran village, south Cimahi, central Cimahi, Padalarang, and Ciburuy. Some criterias applied to decide a locations are land rental price, nearest distance from other carwash, competitive level with other carwash, next 5 years investment, and cars ownership. Using method Simple Additive Weighting, we get the best location is central Cimahi  with value 0.8775.
